Chief Noir is a new 20 year old rapper out of Pittsburgh, PA. He released and EP titled ‘The Powwow’ in October which is roughly 15 minutes long and only 7 tracks.
Chief plans to keep putting out music while he’s in school but keeps his eye mainly on his degree. Stylistically you can see his influences coming from The Notorious B.I.G., Missy Elliot, Timbaland, and reference to pop and EDM styles in the beat choices he uses.
