Beezy Archibald was born as Casey Smith on February 28, 1986 in Greer South Carolina. As a rapper, singer, composer, and songwriter; Beezy Archibald was introduced to music as a small child at the age of four. His father encouraged music into his life by ushering in tunes from artists such as The Jackson 5, Rick James, Parliament, and Curtis Blow. Having a love for creative arts; his favorite class, music, in the eighth grade led him to join the Greer Middle School Performing Choir. Casey went on to join chorus in high school, which led him to performing in the Greer High School Honor Choir in the tenth grade.
While remaining a member of the honor choir, Casey traveled the state of South Carolina while only in his eleventh grade year. He performed many venues, including but not limited to, choral conferences, churches, local colleges, and nursing homes.
From 1997 until 1998, Mr. Smith recorded a live gospel album as a member of the gospel group Reverend Jerry Jones and The Sensational Victory Harmonizers. He went on to participate in the Gospel Music Workshops of America in the years 2003 and 2004. As a member of the GMWA program, he was allotted the opportunity to perform as an opening act at The Gospel Fest of 2004 in Greenville, South Carolina. Over a span of many years Beezy has performed in many talent shows to exhibit his impressive talents. Being introduced to production and making beats by Johnny Greer, also known by the brand Venom & Brandon Foster; Beezy served as a producer as well as an artist signed with the label Traknowledgy from the year 2004 until 2006. As an artist with exceptional talent today, Beezy Archibald has found his way toward success with major influences within the music industry such as Michael Jackson, Timbaland, Outkast, Lil Wayne, Aaliyah, DMX, and Xscape to name only a few. After being introduced to producer Julian “Sweets” Haney of Murdaburg Productions, releasing his first mixtape titled 20:14 P.M. (Power Moves) on April 20th 2014, shooting his first music video for the single “We On” also featured on the mixtape and performing at various venues including but not limited to Nopi Nationals Atlanta 2014, The Emerald Lounge in Asheville NC, Ground Zero, Playoffz Sports and Mirrors Nightlife in Spartanburg SC; Beezy Archibald has come far from winning talent shows in his younger years and his goal for success is aimed intently toward the top.
